Advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights

An organization that is by the community, for the community.

Land Acknowledgement

Our team would like to acknowledge that Indigenous Peoples are the traditional guardians of this land that is colonially known as “Canada”. Our work spans the ancestral and stolen territories of many Indigenous people. We acknowledge the historical and current day oppression of lands, cultures and the original Peoples of this country and know we have a role to play in the path to decolonization that we share together. We recognize our duty to learn and unlearn, and commit ourselves to advancing reconciliation. If you’d like to learn more about the land that you inhabit, we invite you to visit native-land.ca.

About Us

SRHR Hubs is a loud and proud youth-led organization. We seek to create, sustain, and amplify movements to advocate for and advance Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in what is colonially known as “Canada”.

Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights is not ‘one size fits all’.

At SRHR hubs, we focus on…

Human rights, agency, and dignity

The rights of oppressed and repressed communities

Encouraging and ensuring meaningful youth participation so that youth can participate in all processes on equal terms with adults

Action, education, and activism

And creating dynamic, responsive initatives that address barriers to accessing sexual and reproductive health care

Make a donation.

Our organization is in a funding emergency. As a grassroots organization, we rely on donations to be able to continue our direct support programs, digital health promotion, advocacy, and much more. Our work continues to be severely underfunded and undersupported. We need your help as the continuance of our organization and ability to serve the community depends on it. Give today to directly support youth-led grassroots work that furthers sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice.

Urgent Response to Stephen Lecce’s Comments

SRHR Hubs has published an organizational statement in response to recent comments made by Ontario’s Education Minister regarding his support of parental involvement in the changing of a student’s name and pronouns at school.
